How we work
The Energy Research Alliance working together provides for more coherent research programmes with greater co-ordination of resources and links to stakeholders, focusing on strategic issues. This creates a strong platform to ensure relevance and deliver the energy outcomes New Zealand requires. Current major research programmes cover the national evaluation of our indigenous resources and energy use pathways, new biofuel, marine, geothermal and hydrogen options and carbon capture and sequestration.
